The software has a very robust analytics section and a knowledgable team to help you launch a "virtual" show.

Why I recommend this vendor: Seating plans are made much easier with this user friendly software. You can configure the tables' shapes and #s then drop and drag your guests names into the appropriate seat. The software allows multiple views of your seating plan from a floorplan to a spreadsheet. Works on mac and pc. I loved it.

If you have your own invitation artwork you can still utilize Pingg's software to manage your invitees. Check out their site.
