Vodka Holiday Drinks

Stoli Alibi
1 oz ginger simple syrup (make ahead - peel 2 inches of fresh ginger, simmer with ¾ sugar and ½ cup water for 5 minutes to infuse flavor. Remove ginger)
2 oz Stolichnaya vodka
Squeeze of a fresh lime
Top with splash of club soda
Serve over ice

Stoli Accomplice
Muddle three strawberries
1 oz simple sugar (dissolve ¾ sugar in ½ cup water over low heat)
2 oz Stolichnaya vodka
½ oz fresh lemon juice
Shake ingredients and strain into sugar-rimmed martini glass
Top with champagne

Ginger Snap
