While I'd really enjoy sitting in a bustling brasserie on the Left Bank this evening, these French inspired cocktails add that Paris state of mind to any party.  These delicious cocktails are really charming when presented with a note card on the bar explaining the name.  Thank you Left Bank Restaurant.

BISOU (“a kiss”)   
fresh watermelon, Don Julio tequila and lime juice shaken and served up in a martini glass   “. . . délicieux!”   

PARIS, JE T’AIME (“Paris, I love you”)   
basil, Absolut Citron vodka, Henri Bardoin pastis, lemon juice and a splash of soda   “ . . . I love this!”

FRENCH TART   Cîroc grape vodka, Edmond Briottet peach liqueur and lemon juice served on the rocks with a twist   “. . . magnifique!!”   

CHARMANT (“charming”)   
Tanqueray Rangpur, lemon juice and Edmond Briottet Crème de Mûre on the rocks with brandied cherries   “. . . it’s simply gorgeous!”

ST. GERMAIN DES PRÈS (the heart of the Left Bank, Paris)   red grapes, Cîroc grape vodka, Clos Jean Loupiac and lime wedges   “. . . oooh, là, là!”   

RUE CLER (a bustling market in Paris)   
fresh apple juice, Absolut Peach vodka, basil leaves and lemon juice   “. . . incredibly refreshing!”

cucumber, Sky 90 vodka and lime juice served up in a martini glass   “. . . it’s a cucumber gimlet!!!!”
